Tools (OBD diagnostic devices) from various manufacturers are available for diagnosis, e.g. Bosch, Gutmann, Texa, Ross-Tech, Kaufmann Automotive GmbH or CGSULIT. Diagnostics includes reading out the fault memory of the respective control units, deleting the fault memory, coding and adapting control units, measured values of the various installed sensors and values of the control circuits implemented in the control units.
