Electronic Diesel Control
The abbreviation EDC stands for Electronic Diesel Control and designates engine control unit families of the manufacturer Bosch.
- EDC15, installed e.g. in 1.9l 2V pump-injector TDI of the VAG Group. There is also a variant for common rail injection.
- EDC16, installed e.g. in 2.0l 2V and 4V pump-nozzle TDI of the VAG group. There is also a variant for common rail injection.
- EDC17, installed e.g. in 2.0l 4V common rail TDI of the VAG group.
